Naira Marley pleads for Buhari and Tinubu’s phone number after court case drags

SInger Naira Marley appears to be seeking a way out of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, predicament he has found himself.

Newsflash247 had earlier shared how the singer who was charged for advance fee fraud had his case revisited in court on October 22.

Reports state that his case was adjourned.

Following the adjournment, Marley took to his Twitter page to plead for the contact number of President Buhari or Tinubu, suggesting that he wanted the powerful men to intervene in his case and help him go free.

He, however, also shared another tweet where he suggested that security agencies in Nigeria are mostly incompetent as they arrest suspects without cause and then proceed to investigate the crime they must have committed after.

“Who’s got Tinubu or Buhari’s contact number pls?”

“In Nigeria they will arrest u first then they will try find out ur crime after”

Meanwhile, Naira Marley, recently used his social media platform to heavily shade organizers of the Headies Award show that held on the night of Saturday, October 20.

The singer’s post appeared to have been fueled by the fact that his close colleague, Zlatan Ibile, who was nominated in the Song of The Year category, did not win the award.
