Imo Guber: Okey Ezeh Wins At Appeal

The Owerri Judicial Division of the Court of Appeal has upturned a prior judgment of a Federal High Court sitting in Owerri which had blamed the selection of Sir Okey Ezeh as the Imo State governorship applicant of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the last broad decisions.

The court additionally requested the Federal High Court to reassign the case to another judge for crisp preliminary.

Responding to the judgment, insight to Ezeh, Austin’s Nwachukwu, hailed the court for remaining in favor of equity and decency. He included that the experience has restored the legal executive in Nigeria as the last any expectation of the regular man.

In the meantime, the National Working Committee of the SDP has confirmed the ejection of Mr. Casmir Anyanwu from the gathering. In a letter marked by the National Secretary of the group, Alh. Shehu Musa Gabam, and dated March 1, 2019, the gathering lamented that Anyanwu has kept on participating in a further enemy of gathering exercises, traitorousness and disruptive lead which have extraordinarily undermined the intrigue, altruism, and picture of the gathering in Imo State.
