Super Eagles Boycott Training In Protest Over Unpaid Bonus

The Super Eagles players who yesterday refused to turn up for a media conference, have also boycotted training in protest over their unpaid bonus. 

Suleiman Folarin, an ESPN sports journalist who confirmed the Super Eagles boycotted training in protest over their unpaid bonus, tweeted; 

“BREAKING: @NGSuperEagles of #NGA are boycotting practice today.

Players have gone on strike due to unpaid allowances.

Tuesday’s training scheduled for 14:15 Egyptian time hrs has been cancelled
