BREAKING: Court postpones judgment on Gov Ben Ayade’s defection

A Federal High Court in Abuja has postponed the judgement on the Cross River Governor, Ben Ayande and his Deputy, Ivara Esu till April 6 over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Recall that Justice Taiwo Taiwo had earlier planned the judgment for March 25, 2022, in the suit seeking to sack Ayande and Ivara Esu over their defection from the PDP to the APC.

But the case has been rescheduled judgement for April 6.
