BREAKING: Gunmen in military uniforms attack Sunday Igboho’s residence, kidnap many

Unknown gunmen have attacked the residence of Yoruba Freedom Fighter, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

It was gathered that the incident occurred Thursday midnight when the assailants stormed the area.

The incident reportedly occurred around 1:00am.

Less than 72 hours before the planned mega rally in Lagos State, gunmen stormed Igboho’s residence located at Soka Ibadan

The media page of Igboho’s spokesperson, Mr Olayomi Koiki, in a live video, alleged that some men adorning military uniforms carried out the attack.

According to the media aide, some persons were whisked away by the gunmen during the attack.

It was observed Igboho’s vehicles, including his G-wagon, Prado Jeep, some valuable properties including furniture, and windows were destroyed.

Bullet holes were found in cars parked on the premises while bloodstains were seen at the premises.

It was also alleged that some persons in the house including a close ally of Igboho identified as ‘Lady K’, were whisked away.

It was learnt Igboho was not at home during the attack while some alleged he ‘mysteriously disappeared.

Details of the incident is still sketchy as the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, Olugbenga Ayo was unable to take calls
