Police killed, Many Injured As Armed Robbers Storm First Bank In Ekiti

There was pandemonium earlier today, Thursday, April 19, after Armed Robbers attacked the First bank in Ifaki Ekiti, Ido/Osi Local government Area of  Ekiti State. The hoodlums were said to have killed a mobile police officer who was stationed at the bank and others were injured as they carted away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The identity of the slain policeman was unknown as at press time.

The robbers escaped through Ifaki–Orin road.
