The former governor of Ekiti, Ayodele Fayose was given a rousing welcome after returning to the state exactly two months after he left.
The ex-governor and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was hailed by a crowd of supporters including policemen who chanted his name ‘Oshoko’ as he was sighted at Oja Bisi, Ado Ekiti a few moments ago.
In October, Ayodele Fayose, announced his arrival at the headquarters of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Wuse 2, Abuja.
While still in office, Fayose was accused of corruption by the EFCC. The agency attempted to begin his back then, but Fayose consistently maintained that he would answer no queries until he has had his last day in office.
