Juventus Appoints Maurizio Sarri As New Manager After Chelsea Exit

Maurizio Sarri has left Chelsea and joined Juventus as their new manager, Newsflash247 reports.

Sarri led Chelsea to third in the English Premier League last season and won the UEFA Europa League in his first season.

It is understood a compensation fee in excess of £5m has been agreed between the two clubs for the 60-year-old.

Sarri will replace fellow Italian Massimiliano Allegri, who left Juventus at the end of last season.

Chelsea confirmed the move on Sunday via an official statement which read:

“The two clubs have reached an agreement for the early termination of Sarri’s contract with Chelsea FC which had two years left to run and is ending at his request.”
