Jonathan, Abdulsalami, Others As Obasanjo Commissions Seriake Dickson Foundation Office

The Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson, has organised a memorial service in honour of his mother, Mrs. GoldCoast Dickson, on Thursday where the special guest of honour, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo (GCFR), the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who commissioned Hernry Seriake Dickson Foundation Office and Library in Bayelsa.

In attendance were Goodluck Jonathan,Abdulsalami, Gov. Okowa,Dr. Chris Ngige, Prince Uche Secondus, Ben Bruce and others.

The late GoldCoast died of lung cancer on August 8,  2018,  at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas, United States of America, seven months after being diagnosed of the illness.

The memorial service scheduled take place at the Toru-Orua country home of the Dicksons in Sagbama Local Government Area.
