Ekiti APC Guber Primary: 2,671 Delegates To Elect APC Candidate

Ahead of the next week’s Saturday the much-awaited All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary election, no fewer than 2,671 delegates would determine the fate of 33 aspirants that will be contesting for the ticket of the party.

All the 33 aspirants of the All Progressives Congress, APC were screened by the party screening committee for the 2018 Ekiti State governorship election leads by the former governor of Bayelsa State, Timipreye Sylva in Abuja.

The delegates would come from 177 wards across the 16 local governments area of the state as follows:

12 delegates per Ward, a total of 2,124

26 delegates per LG, a total of 416

1 delegate per zone (South, Central, North), a total of 3

State delegates, a total of 35

Governorship aspirants, a total of 33

Statutory delegates, a total of 60
