Don’t Run For Ekiti 2018 Guber Election, Alagba Advises Fayemi

Former Secretary to Ado Local Government, Taiye Alagba has advised the former governor and the Minister of Solid Minerals, Dr. Kayode Fayemi not to run for forthcoming governorship election in Ekiti State.

Alagba, who was also elected councillor between 1999-2002 under the regime of Otunba Niyi Adebayo said: “All these people who are saying just keep following are merely deceiving Dr Fayemi because they can’t claim to love him more than I do.

He should be allowed to face his job at the federal level instead of distracting him. Let him stay at the top – ko duro soke sine!”

He noted that even among party members, the real grassroots members would not want any of the former governors to ridicule himself to contest for governorship saying that “most of those making this just keep the following noise have no political base except to get themselves busy with eye service”.
