BREAKING: Court Nullifies Kwara APC Governorship Candidate

The Federal High Court sitting in Ilorin, Kwara State on Wednesday has sacked Mr Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq who is the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Newsflash247 can authoritatively report.

Justice T.S Umar who presided over the case nullified the Bashiru Omolaja Bolarinwa led executive council of the All Progressive Congress, (APC), in Kwara State and sacked its governorship candidate Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.

 Recalled that the APC’s national working committee had on 18th September 2018 expelled Hon. Balogun-Fulani and his executive members from the party.

Kwara APC has two factions with Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and Hon. Kayode Omotose as their flag bearers respectively.

The judge in his ruling ordered Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), to recognize the Hon. Ishola Balogun-Fulani faction candidate, Kayode Omotose as the governorship candidate of APC in the state.
