2019 Budget: Ogun Commissioner, Seven Others ‎to Spend N22 Million On Fuel

The Ogun state Ministry of Special duties would be spending N22million on fueling of vehicles of it’s commissioner, Permanent Secretary and six other Directors .

A document titled ‘Estimate Proposal 2019’ showed that the ministry would fuel eight vehicles for effective running of the ministry activities.

The document explained that about 12,643.68 litres of petrol would be used by the eight vehicles monthly.

The document further explained that the 12,643.68 litres at N145 per litre would cost about N1,833,333.66 monthly.

The document reads, “The sum of N22,000,000 is for the motor vehicle fuel cost for the office of the Hon. Commissioner, Permanent Secretary and six directors to enhance smooth running of the ministry.

“Petrol of 12,643.68 litres per month at 145/ltr totaling N1,833,333.66 monthly and N22,000,000 annually”.
